From Lebanon to Boulder, Rony Barrak

Rony Barrak is one of the CWA’s veteran participants.  He has been making the journey from Lebanon to Boulder since 2003.

Barrak is known for his style of blending Eastern and Western percussion and for his use of abstract items as musical instruments, such as car parts and coffee mugs. He has performed with a wide range of orchestras, including the London Philharmonic, the Chicagoland Pops, and the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic.
